The blasting machines with overhead conveyor have a shotblasting cabin of suitable dimensions, internally lined with wear-proof material. The turbines are placed on one of the two side walls; the number of turbine wheels depends on the height of the cabin.

The room has two double hinged doors in line to allow the entrance and the exit of the pieces. The pieces are moved by a closed overhead conveyor whose path is studied on the customer needs. The conveyor has a series of hooks to which the pieces are hanged (directly or through an holder). All hooks move in unison (monorail) or independently (power and free). Once entered in the cabin, the hook can swing in several positions and rotate through a rotating system placed on the roof of the cabin. This double movement allows optimum coverage of the blasting process.
